Our home produced beef is 20-30 months old predominally from Limousine and Angus cattle. They are reared on our 50 year old mature grass to give guaranteed flavour for truly great tasting beef. Our beef is allowed to hang and mature naturally from 21 to 28 days, then our butchers prepare vast ranges of cuts that we provide. |
